Monaco Info required

Anyone have info on access at Monaco. We’re in stand K on Sat/Sun and need
to know what restrictions there are on entering and leaving stand. Also,
what facilities are available e.g. food and drink etc.

How regular are trains from Nice to Monaco and times of last trains back.

Is it easy to get into the car-parks and how early would we need to be
there.

Any info would be very welcome

Thanx in advace

[PRESS] Newswatch: HERBERT'S HARSH WORDS FOR SCHUMACHER

Spotted on the Press Association’s newswires, story available via the BBC:

Johnny Herbert has slammed former team-mate Michael Schumacher over the F1
world champion’s team tactics which robbed Rubens Barrichello of victory in
the Austrian Grand Prix. "At least three of his four world titles have been
won with help. I don’t remember Ayrton Senna or Alain Prost ever needing
anything like that."

Hakk's press conference?

http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines02/05/s9546.html and
http://www.autosport.com/newsitem.cfm?id=19102&series=5

Is this the long-awaited press conference? If so, why has he bothered
to hold a press conference to announce he hasn’t decided?

Confused….

Applied economics….

Mark Webber in bargain-basement Minardi 19th.
Eddie "second best driver in the world" in "let’s chuck money at the
problem" Jaguar 21st.

Somewhere I hear the sound of money being p*ssed away by a certain firm
whose logo may not be dissimilar to a blue oval.

[SPOILER] Comments re Monaco results

Another Monaco victory gone begging for Michael. Clearly the fastest
combination today. Reminiscent of Mansell v Senna in 1992. The fastest car
doesn’t always win at Monaco as it is impossible to pass.

It’s not all lost though because 60 out of 70 points puts him in a
commanding position. If this keeps up it will all be over by the time they
get to the Hungaroring.

Speed Channel Screws up Again

Anyone else notice that the Speed Channel isn’t carrying the Monaco GP live?
We’ve got to wait for ABC’s coverage later today at 3:30 PM EDT.

After Speed Channel unexpectedly substituted part of a NASCAR program for a
scheduled report on Leg 2 of the Argentinean Rally last week, I am finding
less and less reason to keep DirecTV, since the only advantage they have
over digital cable is that they carry Speed.

What a shame. Used to be such a great channel. Of course, my three e-mails
to Speed have gone un-answered (at least DirecTV responded, although they
weren’t very promising that anything would be done) – maybe because my name
isn’t Billy Bob, or Tommy Joe…

<SPOILER> "It certainly wasn't team oders"

Ralf had a great quote during the post-race interviews.

One of the reporters asked him about Montoya’s engine letting-go while
Montoya was immediately in front of Ralf.   The reporter said that
Ralf had to have seen it happen and seen Montoya pull over to the side
of the track.  (I assume the reporter was going for the "you must have
been worried about your own car" angle.)

Ralf,  picking up on the "Montoya moving over" part of the question
prefaced his response with this gem:

"It certainly wasn’t team orders."

Michael,  of course,  was sitting two seats away when Ralf said this.
