Digital feed

Thoroughly enjoyed the Monza race when I got back to look at the
recording of the digital feed (mind you, my daughter said she thought
it was great on terrestrial as well). Only caught the last few minutes
on terrestrial on race day myself, so missed almost all the action.

Anyway, seems like Bernie may be making the digital feed available to
terrestrial broadcasters next year. Of course, that needs the
agreement of all the teams and the broadcasters may be asked to pay
more for it, so it won’t necessarily happen. Nice if it does, though.

Of course, those of us who want the full interactive service will have
to carry on paying for it. Hardly a problem if Sky sets a season
ticket price in line with that for the second part of this year. I
notice the pay-per-view football is much cheaper this season.
