<p>Tenerife is Spanish territory and TVE3 (I think, might be 2 since <br /> the &quot;1999 F1 TV list&quot; says so) covers F1. Should have been available <br /> in your hotel (if you were in a hotel).  </p>
<p>Since almost anything has less adverts than RTL, it would have probably <br /> been a better option. OTOH, I think RTL starts their transmission earlier <br /> than other TV stations (RTP starts only right before the race and they <br /> interrupt immediately to show an advert during the warm-up lap), so maybe <br /> that explains why you found RTL first.  </p>
